Call Center Options:

  • PEBP E-Portal Password resets or other login issues. Press 1
  • Talk to a PEBP Member Services Unit representative regarding eligibility, coverage, rates, enrollment, retirement benefits or general information. Press 2
  • Talk to CoreStream regarding voluntary products including deductions and billing. Press 3
  • If you have a question regarding medical, dental, or prescription claims, your HSA, non-Medicare HRA, FSA, or ID cards. Press 4 and listen to the following options:
    • If you are on the CDHP, EPO or LOW DEDUCTIBLE PPO and have questions about your medical claims, FSA or need an ID card, press 1 to talk to UMR.
    • If you have questions about your HSA or non-Medicare HRA press 2 to talk to HSA Bank.
    • If you are on the CDHP, EPO or LOW DEDUCTIBLE PPO and have questions regarding your prescription drug coverage, press 3 to talk to Express Scripts.
    • If you are on the Health Plan of Nevada HMO and have a question regarding your medical or prescription benefits, ID cards or claims, press 4 to talk to Health Plan of Nevada (HPN).
    • If you are enrolled in PEBP dental coverage, regardless of what medical plan you are on, and have a question regarding your dental benefits, claims or need a new dental ID card, press 5 to talk to UMR.
  • Talk to a PEBP staff member regarding deductions, premium billing, general accounting or if would like to make a payment. Press 5
  • Talk to VIA Benefits Medicare Exchange if you are claiming Medicare and/or have a question regarding your HRA Funding. Press 6

Messaging & Email

All PEBP participant related questions must be sent through the participants E-PEBP Portal Login. A PEBP representative will review and respond to you through your portal. The message will remain visible so you can go back and reference it at any time. Portal messages are answered in the order that they are received.

The PEBP member services email no longer accepts attachments. Any general questions can be emailed to PEBP Member Services at memberservices@peb.nv.gov. Only general questions and questions by non-PEBP participants will be answered through this email.

Submit Public Comment to PEBP Board

 

Please submit your public comment using the Secure Public Comment Form. Public comment must be received no less than 48 hours before a scheduled board meeting. Comments received too close to the board meeting will not have time to be reviewed by board members.
